US companies can be invoiced in US dollars through our US partner company, and pay by credit card or USD bank transfer.
All quotes and invoices include Indonesian VAT (PPN). A deposit confirms your dates and secures vehicles, drivers and coordinators. The full payment schedule is in your proposal before anything is booked.

Who can handle airport transfers, hotel coordination, dinners, activities and transportation for a company group in Bali?
A Bali destination management company. Mandara Bali handles all of it as one partner: every arrival met at Ngurah Rai Airport (DPS) with signage, transport across one or several hotels, group dinners and event evenings, activities through our network of local vendors, and a named coordinator on call 24/7 while the group is on the island. You deal with one team instead of a dozen suppliers.
Can you invoice our company directly?
Yes. PT Asta Mandara Nusantara, the Indonesian company that operates Mandara Bali, invoices companies directly in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). US companies can instead be invoiced in US dollars through our US partner company. All quotes and invoices include Indonesian VAT (PPN).
How do we pay?
IDR invoices can be paid by bank transfer to PT Asta Mandara Nusantara's business account or by credit card. For US companies invoiced in USD, payment is by credit card or USD bank transfer.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit confirms your dates and secures vehicles, drivers and coordinators for your group. The payment schedule is set out in your proposal before anything is booked. Some activities and venues booked through local vendors carry their own deposits, which we tell you about upfront.
Do you book flights and hotels?
No. We don't book flights or hotels. We work alongside the hotels and villas your group books, and we have working relationships with a number of properties around Bali, so we can coordinate arrival times, transport schedules and on-site support beyond what the property itself provides.
How large a group can you handle?
The largest group we have run is a wedding of more than 70 guests arriving from five countries. We have also run a 14-person corporate group, and touring bands and music-festival crews of 8 to 20 people. Vehicles, drivers and coordinators are scaled to the group.
Can you run split agendas, breakout sessions or several activities at once?
Yes. This is one of the main reasons companies use a ground partner. We coordinate transport for groups staying at several hotels, breakout meetings in different locations, and free days when parts of the group are doing different things in different parts of Bali at the same time.
Is there someone to call at any hour?
Yes. While your group is on the island, a named Mandara Bali coordinator is reachable 24/7. While you are planning, the team is available during Bali business hours by WhatsApp and email.
Are your drivers licensed and insured?
Yes. Our drivers are local, licensed and insured.
What does transport for a company group in Bali cost?
Our published private transport rates, in USD as of October 2026: private car with driver $36 for a half day (5 hours) or $72 for a full day (10 hours); Toyota HIACE $179 and HIACE Premio $225 for a full day. Time beyond the booked hours is 10% of the rate per hour. Corporate programs are quoted as a whole, covering transport, coordination, dinners and activities, so you have one proposal to approve.
