Staggered arrivals, coordinated
Every flight tracked and met at Ngurah Rai (DPS). Each person knows before they fly who is meeting them and what happens next. Departures are planned the same way.
Families, friends, weddings, bands and clubs travelling together, from two people to more than seventy. One Mandara Bali team plans the ground side of the trip with you and looks after the group from the first arrival to the last departure.

Bali is easy for two people. For eight or twelve, with different flights, different energy levels and different ideas of a good day, it becomes a coordination job.
The problems are rarely dramatic. They build quietly: a late car, a restaurant that can't seat everyone together, a temple visit where nobody brought a sarong, two people who want to leave early and two who haven't arrived yet. By day three, whoever organised the trip is managing logistics instead of enjoying it.
Mandara Bali takes that job on, so the organizer gets to be part of the group again.
Wedding guests from five countries, staying at 15 different resorts. Shared days, free days and family outings ran in parallel with the wedding itself.
The size of most groups we look after: couples, families, friends and small groups in many different combinations.
Bands and festival crews moved on tight schedules, with equipment and changing call times.
People in a company group we ran from first arrival to last departure. Corporate retreats
More than 70 guests flew in from five countries and stayed at 15 different resorts across Bali.
The couple booked the core program with us as one large group, and we worked alongside their wedding planner on everything the wedding itself needed. Around that, the trip split many ways. Some days every guest did the same activity together. Other days were free, and guests booked their own days out with us directly. Families with children chose different places and experiences from the rest.
All of it ran in parallel: the wedding schedule, the shared days, the free days and each family's plans, coordinated by one team so guests only ever had to deal with us.

Cars for 3 to 8 passengers and Toyota HIACE vans for 10 to 14, combined around the group, the luggage and who is staying where. Who rides with whom and what happens when someone runs late: handled.
Not one itinerary copied across ten people. Early starts for some, slow mornings for others, and private experiences added where they fit.
Many of Bali's best restaurants are small. We book tables that seat the whole group together and send dietary needs ahead.
What to wear, when to arrive and what is happening on the ceremony calendar that week, so everyone can be present rather than figuring it out at the gate.
A delayed flight, an early arrival, someone who needs a doctor. We adjust everything downstream and the group barely notices.
Grandparents, parents and children with different energy levels, kept together without anyone's day being compromised.
A shared week where nobody spends it as the volunteer coordinator.
Guests arriving from different countries for a wedding, a birthday or an anniversary, looked after around the event.
Performers and crews with equipment, call times and venues that change at short notice.
Sports clubs, societies and educational groups travelling with a shared purpose.
Two to six people who would rather have it handled properly than piece it together.
Running a retreat or bringing your company? Those have their own pages: retreat management and corporate retreats.
Every group is different, and we build from who is actually coming. These two outlines show the kind of rhythm that tends to work.
No. Every group we look after is private: your own people, your own vehicles and drivers, and a plan built around you. We don't sell seats on shared tours or fixed departures.
From two people to more than 70. Most groups are between 2 and 15 people, in many different combinations. Our largest was a wedding of more than 70 guests from five countries, staying at 15 different resorts. Vehicles, drivers and coordination scale with the group.
Both. Some groups arrive with a plan and need it run on the ground; others want us to shape the days with them. Either way, you get a written plan of what we handle before anyone flies.
Yes. We plan pick-ups and drop-offs across every property the group is using, so people staying in different places still arrive together and leave on time. For our largest wedding, guests were spread across 15 resorts.
No. You or your travel agent book flights and accommodation; we handle everything on the ground in Bali around them and coordinate with the properties you've booked.
We usually quote one per-person, per-day rate covering the ground operation for the stay, plus any experiences you choose, so the organizer has one number to plan around. Individual vehicles are priced from our published transport rates.
As soon as your dates are set. Transport alone can often be arranged at shorter notice, but early contact lets us plan arrivals, days out and group dinners around ceremony days, public holidays and peak season.
Yes. Anyone in the group can add a private experience, booked with us and run by the same team. See private experiences.
Who is coming, when, and roughly what the trip should feel like is enough to start. Most plans come together in a few exchanges.
